(TASA) is a non-profit community organization dedicated to preserving our Turkish heritage and supporting our people across Adelaide and regional South Australia. Whether you are a long-term resident, a new arrival, or a friend of the community, TASA is your bridge to Turkish culture, language, and friendship.
Celebrating Our Traditions
We believe in keeping our customs alive for the next generation. Our calendar is built around the moments that bring us together:
- Ramazan Bayramı & Kurban Bayramı: Join us for our traditional celebrations and our popular Bayram Picnics. These gatherings are a cornerstone of our community, filled with food, music, and the spirit of sharing.
- National Sovereignty and Children’s Day (23 Nisan): Dedicated to our youth, celebrating the future of our community with performances and activities.
- Republic Day Commemorating the founding of the Republic of Turkey with pride and formal gatherings.
- Cultural Workshops: From Turkish language classes to traditional arts, we provide a space to learn and grow.
